Bright AI

Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Bright AI and its learning, recognition, grading, and AI-assisted features.

Last updated: August 17, 2026

Using Bright AI

Users must provide accurate account information, protect access credentials, and use the service only for lawful educational purposes. A parent, guardian, teacher, or authorized school must create and manage learning profiles for primary-school students.

A teacher or school submitting student work confirms that it has the authority and any consent required by applicable law. It must not upload more student information than is necessary for the educational task.

User content

Users retain ownership of question text, homework photos, test-paper photos, prompts, and other content they submit. Users grant OpenMira the limited permission needed to process that content, provide requested features, maintain security, and support the account.

Do not upload content that infringes rights, contains unnecessary personal or sensitive information, or is unlawful or harmful.

Users should remove faces, names, student numbers, school identifiers, and unrelated personal details from homework and test-paper images whenever possible.

AI-generated results

AI-generated recognition, grading, explanations, and learning suggestions may be incomplete, inconsistent, or inaccurate. They are educational aids rather than guaranteed answers. Users should verify important results with a teacher, textbook, or other reliable source.

Availability and acceptable use

OpenMira may limit or suspend activity that threatens the service, attempts unauthorized access, automates abusive requests, or violates these terms. Features may change as curriculum content, AI providers, and platform requirements evolve.

Users may not use Bright AI to impersonate another person, obtain unauthorized student data, evade academic integrity rules, train competing systems by automated extraction, or generate unlawful or harmful content.

Accounts and termination

Users may stop using the service or request deletion at any time through the account deletion page. OpenMira may suspend an account for serious misuse, security risk, or legal requirements.
